Marika wakes up wondering where she is. She discovers her kind hostess is none other than Marie Curie, who lives just above Galileo. Gali the perv joins the ladies for tea, then goes out on the town with Mari. Mari just wants to go home, but the bridge is destroyed, so she's trapped on the island. Galileo points out other citizens of the island like Newton and Edison, but the only one that Mari recognizes is DaVinci. Galileo repeatedly makes romantic advances on Mari, only to be spin-kicked away by Marie Curie.
Last episode, I made a joke about Gali being pedobear, but I'm not sure if it's really so much of a joke after all. He keeps looking at Mariko in a creepy manner and he even tried to get a kiss out of her. Creepy. Thank goodness Marie Curie is around to send him flying.

So it's the story of an underage goth girl who's companion is a middle age weirdo who constantly hits on her. Isn't there an old american cartoon with the same premise?
