AHHHHHH!!! Despite my constant raving about this series, I am not a shoujo fan. I hate all the drama. But THIS. THIS drama is delicious! Ohhhh...it's wonderful. Spoilers abound inside, so brace yourselves. Sho brings Kyoko a beautiful bouquet made of all the things that she loves. Not just flowers, but tons of pearls and princess-y things. Kyoko can't help but adore it. Sho drops the bouquet in her arms, saying that since he's her closest friend, he's congratulating her on finally dating Reino. Kyoko gets angered by the misunderstanding, and proceeds to show him exactly what the chocolates are for and explaining that Reino is only getting chocolates because he blackmailed her.
Sho and Ren are both visibly relieved that Kyoko isn't dating Reino after all. But Sho quickly turns his attention back to Ren, asking if Kyoko gave him chocolates for Valentine's Day. Kyoko denies it, but Sho concludes that that means she must have given Ren something else. When she refuses to tell him what it is, he notices that she is blushing uncontrollably. Without warning, he kisses her in front of Ren and the entire Dark Moon cast.
We've waited half a year for this! Was it worth it? I would have liked it sooner, but OH MAN THIS IS GREAT. Honestly, I'm pretty ticked off that Sho got the first hit in, but this is just the lovely catalyst we need to finally put our heroes together (please don't make it push them apart; I will cry). Seeing Ren's true smile after so long was such a treat. Hopefully we'll get to see Ren's evil side in the next chapter. Ohohohoho. Reino, I still don't like you. But thanks for making drama happen. I hate to say it, but i love this series, and i'm a guy in my 30's (is that wrong?). I love when kyoko is able to get into the characters, and her tribulations, but i know that she'll only really love corn, and when she finds out, and replays everything Ren has been saying to her from her memories. awww that'll be awesome. :p
